What is AnKa's Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?
AnKa's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on AnKa for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Exchanged products will be delivered to the customer within 5 days.
Is my product eligible for a return?
We adopt a 3-day policy. The Return / Exchage must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. If the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags and they pass all the Quality Checks, then your refund will be initiated within 2 days in the form of store credit and that will be credited to your user account within 5 days. And in case of exchange due to size mismatch they will despatch within the same time period.
How do I return my product?
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
To return a product, contact us on WhatsApp, and please follow the screen instructions.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
*All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
*All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
*Please ensure correct pieces for return are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over.
Is my area serviceable for return?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can write to us at anka@asthitva.co and we will assist you further.
When will the return be picked up?
Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will pick up the product from your doorstep within 3 to 4 days. Our courier partner will make three attempts to pick up the product for return. Please note that the field executives for delivery and pick-ups are different.
Why is my return not accepted?
Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and have the original tags/packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
During Pick Up, our delivery agent will do a Quality Check on the return. If the QC is rejected at the time of pick up, your return will be canceled, and a refund will not be processed.
For a successful pickup, a tracking id will be shared by our logistics partners. You'll be able to track the return status of your order through the link shared. The order will take 2-10 business days (from the pick-up date) to reach our warehouse and undergo a detailed quality check. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not meet the standards, the refund will not be initiated.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for domestic returns if your area is serviceable for return pickup by our courier partners. In case your area is not serviceable, please write to us at anka@asthitva.co and we will assist you further.
I just returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and credited within 3 to 5 days in case of damage and after quality check is done.
Refunds will be issued only if the returned products reach us as per our return guidelines. refund has been initiated by AnKa as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:
• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
• Store credit will be provided for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
• A confirmation mail / WhatsApp will be sent to you immediately post the return.
How do I exchange my product?
You can create an exchange for products purchased from AnKa within the exchange period of 3 days. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.
We adopt a 3-day policy as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Only the size of the same product can be exchanged.

EU CUSTOMERS — ADDITIONAL RIGHTS
For customers based in the European Union:
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
How to initiate a return under EU rights: Contact us at anka@asthitva.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact — the same quality standards that apply to all AnKa returns.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality check, a full refund of the product value will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs: International return shipping is at the customer's expense. AnKa does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges: EU customers wishing to exchange for a different size may contact us at anka@asthitva.co. Please note that international exchanges are subject to availability and additional shipping charges.
